Inventory

E-commerce warehousing and storage

Warehousing decides how fast you can deliver. Stock sitting in a supplier's factory or a forwarder's bonded shed is stock you cannot ship today. We hold your inventory in-country, close to the cities that generate your orders, so dispatch is a picking task rather than an import project.

Every unit is booked in against your packing list and tracked at SKU level. You see what is on hand, what is allocated to open orders and what has been returned to shelf, without emailing anyone for a stock count. That visibility is what stops the two expensive mistakes in African e-commerce: advertising a product that has run out, and paying to store product that never sells.

Storage is included free on our standard plans. We would rather your stock moved than sat still, and pricing that punishes slow weeks makes merchants hold too little inventory to trade properly.

7

countries to place stock in

What's included

Goods-in and quality check

Cartons are counted, SKUs verified against your manifest and discrepancies photographed and reported the same day.

SKU-level inventory records

Each variant has its own record with live on-hand, allocated and returned quantities visible in the vendor portal.

Batch and expiry tracking

For cosmetics, supplements and FMCG we track batches so older stock picks first and nothing expires on a shelf unnoticed.

Secure, monitored facilities

Access-controlled warehouses with stock counts and reconciliation, not a spare room with a padlock.

Multi-country stock placement

Split inventory across markets so a Lagos order ships from Lagos and an Accra order ships from Accra.

Cycle counts

Regular counts keep the system figure and the shelf figure honest, and any variance is reported rather than absorbed.

How it works

  1. 01

    Book your inbound

Tell us what is arriving, when and from where. We schedule receiving so your container isn't waiting at the gate.

  2. 02

    Receive and verify

We count, check condition and load the stock into the portal against your SKUs.

  3. 03

    Store and monitor

Inventory sits in a picking location, with batch tracking where it matters and cycle counts to keep numbers accurate.

  4. 04

    Replenish on data

Use portal stock and sell-through to decide the next order quantity instead of guessing.

Who this is for

  • Brands importing containers who need in-market storage before sale
  • Merchants running out of stock mid-campaign because reorders take too long
  • Sellers holding inventory in more than one African market
  • FMCG and beauty brands that need batch and expiry discipline
