Order processing

Pick and pack services

Pick and pack is where fulfilment quietly succeeds or fails. Send the wrong variant and you pay twice: once for the delivery, once for the return — plus the customer you don't get back. We pick against a scan so the unit that leaves the building is the unit on the order.

Packing is also your last piece of brand contact before the customer sees the product. We pack in your packaging if you supply it, add inserts, thank-you cards or samples if you want them, and use plain protective packaging if you don't. Fragile items get the protection they need rather than the cheapest fill available.

Everything picked before the daily cut-off is manifested and dispatched the same day. Orders after cut-off go out the next working morning, so you can tell customers a dispatch time and be right.

What's included

Scan-verified picking

Each item is scanned against the order line, so variant and quantity errors are caught before packing.

Branded packaging

Use your own boxes, mailers, tape and inserts. We store them alongside your stock and use them per order.

Kitting and bundles

Multi-item offers, gift sets and campaign bundles are assembled as one sellable unit ahead of demand.

Protective packing

Fragile and high-value goods are packed to survive last-mile handling on real roads.

Marketplace and B2B labelling

Carton labelling and documentation for wholesale and marketplace consignments, not just single parcels.

Same-day cut-off

Orders received before cut-off are packed and manifested that day.

How it works

  1. 01

    Order received

Order lands from your store with items, quantities and the delivery destination.

  2. 02

    Pick

A picker works the location list and scans each item against the order.

  3. 03

    Pack

Items are packed with your materials and inserts, then weighed and labelled.

  4. 04

    Manifest and dispatch

The parcel joins the right lane — city rider, regional partner or cross-border — and tracking goes live.

Who this is for

  • Brands with multi-variant catalogues where mis-picks are costly
  • Merchants running bundle or gift-set promotions
  • Sellers who want unboxing to feel like their brand, not a courier's
  • Wholesale and marketplace consignments needing carton-level labelling
