Core 3PL

E-commerce fulfilment services across Africa and the UK

36ty Courier is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider built for merchants selling online in African markets. You send us stock, we hold it in-country, and every order that lands in your store is picked, packed, dispatched and delivered by our own network β€” with the cash or mobile-money payment reconciled back to you.

Most merchants come to us because doing this in-house stops scaling. Renting a room, hiring riders, chasing failed deliveries and counting cash at the end of the week eats the margin that the sale was supposed to create. Outsourcing fulfilment turns that fixed cost and management overhead into a per-order cost that only grows when your revenue does.

Because we operate warehousing, last-mile delivery, a call centre and COD collection ourselves, there is no hand-off between three suppliers who each blame the other when a parcel goes missing. One team, one system, one point of accountability from the moment stock arrives to the moment the money lands.

What's included

Inbound receiving and SKU setup

We book in your shipment, count against your packing list, photograph any damage and load each SKU into the portal so your available-to-sell figure is accurate from day one.

In-country storage

Stock is held in the market where your customers are, so an order placed in the morning can be on a rider's bike the same day rather than waiting on an international leg.

Order sync from your store

Orders flow in from Shopify, WooCommerce or a marketplace feed. If you'd rather push them yourself, our API and CSV upload both work.

Pick, pack and dispatch

Each order is picked against a scan, packed in your packaging or ours, and manifested to the right delivery lane before the daily cut-off.

Delivery and COD collection

Our riders deliver in main cities and our regional partners cover the rest. Cash and mobile money are collected at the door and reconciled per order.

Returns and remittance

Undelivered and returned parcels come back to the warehouse, get inspected and restocked, and your payout statement shows exactly what was collected and what was returned.

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect your store

Link Shopify, WooCommerce or your own system to the vendor portal. Orders start flowing automatically; no daily spreadsheet.

  2. 02

    Send us stock

Ship into the warehouse closest to your customers. We receive, count and shelve it, then confirm the numbers in the portal.

  3. 03

    We pick, pack and deliver

Every paid or confirmed order is picked, packed and dispatched. Your customer gets tracking; you get live status.

  4. 04

    You get paid

COD collections are reconciled per order and remitted on your agreed cycle, with a statement you can tie back line by line.

Who this is for

  • Shopify and WooCommerce stores scaling past a few hundred orders a month
  • Dropshippers and media buyers running paid social campaigns into African markets
  • UK and EU brands testing demand in West and East Africa
