Delivery

Last-mile delivery across our network

The last mile is the only part of logistics your customer actually experiences. Everything upstream can be perfect and the order still fails if nobody finds the house, answers the phone or comes back for a second attempt.

We deliver with our own riders in the main cities and with vetted regional partners beyond them, which lets us cover far more of each country than a city-only courier without losing control of service. Every parcel carries tracking, and the status your customer sees is the status your team sees.

Where an address is vague — and in many of our markets addresses are descriptive rather than numbered — the rider calls ahead. Failed attempts are re-contacted and re-booked rather than returned on the first miss, because a second attempt is much cheaper than a return.

What's included

Main-city delivery

Own-rider coverage in the primary commercial cities of each market, with the fastest turnaround we offer.

Regional delivery

Vetted partner coverage into secondary towns and districts so you can sell nationally, not just capital-city.

Live tracking

Every parcel gets a tracking reference your customer can check, and status your team can see in the portal.

Payment at the door

Cash or mobile money collected on delivery and reconciled against the order.

Call-ahead and re-attempts

Riders call before arrival and failed attempts are re-scheduled rather than immediately returned.

Proof of delivery

Delivery is confirmed at handover so disputes are settled with a record, not an argument.

How it works

  1. 01

    Dispatch

Packed orders are manifested to a city rider or a regional lane depending on destination.

  2. 02

    Out for delivery

The rider calls ahead, confirms the location and delivers within the agreed window.

  3. 03

    Collect

Cash or mobile money is collected where the order is COD, and marked against that order.

  4. 04

    Confirm or re-book

Delivery is confirmed, or the attempt is logged and re-scheduled with the customer.

Who this is for

  • Merchants who need delivery beyond capital cities
  • Stores promising a dispatch and delivery window to customers
  • COD sellers where payment happens at the doorstep
  • Brands frustrated by couriers returning parcels after one attempt
