Returns management and reverse logistics
Returns are unavoidable in COD retail, and they are where unmanaged operations bleed. A refused parcel that sits in a rider's boot for two weeks is a unit you have paid to ship twice and can no longer sell.
We treat returns as recoverable inventory. Refused and undelivered parcels come back to the warehouse quickly, get inspected against condition rules, and — where the item is resellable — go straight back into your available stock so the next order can use it.
Just as important is knowing why. Every return is logged with a reason, and those reasons are reported back to you. Wrong size, damaged in transit, changed mind, never confirmed — each points at a different fix, and merchants who act on that data see their returns rate fall rather than plateau.

How it works
- 01
Return triggered
The customer refuses delivery, is unreachable after attempts, or requests a return.
- 02
Collect
The parcel is routed back to the warehouse on the next available leg.
- 03
Inspect and grade
Contents are checked, condition graded and the reason recorded.
- 04
Restock or report
Resellable stock goes back on sale; damaged stock is reported to you with evidence.
Who this is for
- COD merchants with meaningful refusal rates
- Fashion and footwear brands where sizing drives returns
- Sellers who suspect returned stock is not making it back to inventory
- Brands that want to reduce returns, not just process them
